WHERE WE COME FROM

γεια σας! but you can say Yassas! or Hello! Meet the Koupparis family! We come from Akamas, which is located on the northwest corner of the beautiful island of Cyprus. Pine forest mountains and beautiful rocky coastline offer a cuisine of grilled meats, delicious cheeses, and fresh seafood. Now settled here in Michigan, we are happy to cook up some of our traditional recipes and serve your classic American favorites.
